RETAIL TENANCY PLANS
Retail tenancy plans for commercial retail properties.
Eliminate conflicts and hassles over retail space leasing, design and management, with our clear and concise Retail Tenancy package plans.
Shopfront elevations and sections
Most retail projects require building elevations and sections. We measure these accurately and professionally to allow you to see what physical space is available for refurbishment or a new design. Typical features include floor levels, ceiling heights, bulkheads and other structural positions.
Showroom as-built drawings for store refurbishment
The measured drawings are simple, easily read plans that show existing constraints to your design ideas or refurbishment decisions. Instantly see the locations of air con, sprinklers, or water inlets, so you can be as creative and expressive as you desire within your space.
Overall centre plan maps
Our Centre Plan Maps provide an aerial view of the property and its facilities, showing how they relate and interconnect together. Seeking to investigate the diversity and location of your retailers based on type, or set up a map indicating lease duration? Then our Centre Plan Maps are your best solution.
Our typical process
We utilise the latest surveying technology to capture our data then produce our retail tenancy plans. Using the latest CAD software programs everything is captured and processed accurately to start producing our retail tenancy plans. The equipment we use is state of the art, ranging from traditional total stations to 3D laser scanning or RPA (drone). We only use the latest software tools including AutoCAD & Revit.
Once our plans are drafted they go through an intensive QA process via an independent audit to ensure that what we have captured is delivered to the highest levels of accuracy possible.
