Recent projects include;
Operating public hospital
In South East Queensland a ontour and detail survey to AHD, underground service location, 3D laser scanning and an LOD200 Revit model across a live hospital precinct, giving the project team one reliable base for design and construction planning.
Specialist fertility clinic
In Sydney we completed an existing-conditions 3D scan and LOD200 Revit model across three levels of an operating specialist clinic, with reflected ceiling plans, modelled to the architect’s scope so refurbishment design could start from an accurate as-built.
Community child-health network
In Perth we created existing-conditions floor plans for 24 operating child-health, school-nursing and youth mental-health sites across metropolitan Perth, captured over a handful of site days and delivered to one consistent standard for a state health service.
Retirement-living portfolio
In Sydney we delivered measured floor plans with room dimensions and areas for 56 independent-living units across three retirement villages in Sydney, the Illawarra and the Southern Highlands, giving the operator consistent sales documentation across its portfolio.
Private hospital tenancy
In Victoria our team delivered PCA lettable area plans for a mental-health tenancy expanding across a hospital floor, measured in an operating facility and updated as the lease footprint was finalised, giving the managing agent a definitive area basis for the deal.
